SHIPPING
We deliver all purchases worldwide with Omniva (National post of Estonia) or DHL Express. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days, subject to payment and availability of stock. A confirmation e-mail with a tracking number will be sent to your inbox upon dispatch of the order to let you know it’s on its way. Customers assume all costs also associated with declaration value in accordance with their countries duties and tariff costs. Should any products be out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible by email. Delivery will be handled by the national postal service or Express service of the destination country. Bebe Organic declines any liability in delivery due to unforeseen events caused by the postal service. Bebe Organic will not be held responsible for delay caused by failure to obtain authorisations from credit card companies. In case of loss or damage during delivery the customer must send a detailed complaint to Bebe Organic on info@bebe-organic.com. Please allow up to 3 weeks from ship date for delivery depending on service purchaser desired. Delivery times vary but an approximate estimate to EU countries is 3–6 working days and 7–25 working days international. Delays may occur due to customs. All custom duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local post office or express facility for further information concerning custom duties or fees.

ONLINE RETURNS EU POLICY
New and unworn/unused items purchased online are eligible for full refund, exchange or store credit. Bebe Organic must be notified within 14 days of the date of delivery. The items should be sent back in perfect condition in their original packaging along with original invoice. Bebe Organic will only accept returned items as long as they have not been worn or washed and which are returned with their labels and tags intact. All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there there has been some other mistake by our account. We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package. If you need to return or exchange a garment, please send an e-mail to info@bebe-organic.com outlining the problem with the item and including your name and address and the order number.
